We have extended the warranty period to 180 days for the F-Series, Eclipse, Mark, SubSite probes.
Why is our warranty period longer than the 90-day factory warranty?
We are proud to point out that we were able to extend the warranty period due to the failure rate falling to less than 2% over the past year. With the introduction of belt carrier repair, all technicians have separate responsibilities, including double tuning and parameter testing prior to commissioning.

• Eclipse: ET, ET+, EDF, EXL, EXL+.
• Mark: DT, DX.
• SubSite: 86BGH, 86BGH+, 88BG.
Start of warranty
The warranty starts from the receipt of the probe. All probes are supplied with a handover and acceptance statement – this is the warranty card. Don’t worry if your warranty card is lost. We keep a record of all probes and know the date of receipt
Warranty exclusions
We kindly remind you that there are warranty exclusions if the probe is damaged in any of the following ways:
• compression in the boring head,
• overheating,
• use of inappropriate high-voltage power supply components,
• repairing it yourself (you shouldn’t do it!)
The guarantee excludes everything that does not depend on us.
We have recommendations on how to prevent oxidation.
We also have the results of comparative tests of the operational performance of lithium batteries adapted for long-term use. In addition, we tested the durability of TWIN batteries under field conditions. Our expectations were met – the batteries are more reliable than any other unknown Chinese batteries.
